Creation a new brand for a company of human resources and process outsourcing company.
Situation
Codesco was an outsourcing company for human resources and other business processes. It was divided into four business units, each with a different brand identity. They decided to unify the different identities. The management wanted the new brand to reflect the human aspect of the company.
Solution
Marqas created the new brand for the company, changed the name of Codesco to Exela and created a cool and simple logo composed of two arrows pointing inwards. The intention was to show the company as close, flexible and reliable; its most important attributes. A visual system was designed that was extended to all the materials including the website, the publicity announcements and the whole range of internal and external communications.
